In person directly at our office, where you will fill out the application for a driving license and receive the medical fitness certification form. You will have this confirmed by your general practitioner and bring it to the opening hour that you arrange.

Through an electronic application, which you can find below and fill out with some information. We will contact you and agree on the date of the opening hour. You will bring the medical fitness certification form signed by a general practitioner.
